One more nice Nanny (Au Pair) I met in-person

It seems I have a talent for meeting Au Pairs (also known as a Nanny). Over the past several years I have met a number of them from places such as Lithuania, Sweden and France. I usually end-up meeting them wherever there is water, such as swimming pools and water fountains, where they hang-out with the kids. I love all Au Pairs and Nannies who always impress me as very nice, friendly, sweet, well spoken and educated.
Today I was at Kierland Commons Mall sitting by the fountain and had the luck of meeting another really nice “nanny” named Annette. She was from Gilbert AZ and one of the nicest, most pleasant and educated persons I had the pleasure of talking to, if only for a short time.
If Annette wants to join my Facebook page (icon on right sde of this page about half way down) she may see information and photos of the French Au Pair who joined my FB page after seeing her at the pool a few times last summer, and stay in touch wth myself. Laurie is back in Paris now but I suspect will be returning to the U.S. one day as she said how much she liked America.

Speaking about personal interactions and meeting folks such as the nannies in that article I just spent about 6-hours at the pool this past weekend in the 110 degree sun (or was it actually 113 as reported) but not too uncomfortable thanks to the so called “dry heat.” Had a good time there talking with 2 friendly and interesting ladies and their 2 great kids.
Simply amazing and incredibly nice and sweet girls who gave me hugs when they left even saying they love me, which was incredibly complementary. Chloe is from Texas and going back there tomorrow. She loves playing catch (high wet ones are her favorite which she throws left handed) and loves having swimming races (which she always manages to win somehow) and talking (sounding older than she really is).
It’s always good to be around kids because I believe it keeps me young (or at least thinking young). Hope to see them again and stay in touch. Maybe next time my two grandkids can be there too (instead of being on vacation in San Diego) and meet the girls.
